(“Company”). By accessing and using JeetoDeals.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access and
use of the services provided by the Platform, including purchasing products,
participating in campaigns, and accessing our E-commerce features.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and such changes
will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• The Platform is intended for users residing in India. You must be at least 18
  years old to register and use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility
  criteria outlined in these Terms and that your use complies with applicable

3. Account Registration

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds for products purchased from the JeetoShop are subject to the refund

  purchase.
• Promotional entries for Campaigns Draws are non-refundable. Once a promotion
  entry is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any
  circumstances.

  Indian laws. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection, storage, and use
  of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The Company takes reasonable measures to protect user data from

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
  images, and software, is the exclusive property of JeetoDeals and is protected

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the
  Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the
  Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform and its services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available”
  basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties, either express or
  implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
  consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to
  access the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved
  through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
• If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, the matter will be submitted to the
  jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be
  subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

Draw-Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Campaigns Draws and Campaigns

• By participating in any promotional draw (“Campaigns Draw”) on the Platform,
  you agree to be bound by these Draw Terms in addition to the General Terms.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any Campaigns Draw
  without prior notice. Each promotion will have its own specific rules regarding
  the number of winners, prizes, and entry requirements.
• 1 Voucher = Rs. 10

2. Entry and Token Issuance

• Participants can enter a Campaigns Draw by purchasing a promotion bundle,
  which includes tokens. Each token grants a specified number of entries into the
  draw.
• Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other users or
  converted into cash.

3. Prize Purchase at Nominal Value

• Winners are entitled to purchase their prize at a nominal value (ranging from ₹1
  to ₹100), depending on the market value of the prize.
• An invoice will be generated for the prize at the nominal value, and GST will be
  applied based on the product category.

4. Prize Collection and Notification

• Winners will be notified via email, SMS, or phone and must claim their prize
  within 60 days of receiving the notification.
• If a winner fails to claim their prize within the specified period, the prize will be
  forfeited, and JeetoDeals reserves the right to donate the unclaimed prize to
  charity or transfer it to the government as per Indian regulations.

5. GST and Taxation

• Since the prize is sold at a nominal value, GST (Goods and Services Tax) will
  apply to the invoice based on the product category.
• No TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied as the prize is treated as a sale
  transaction, not a gift or lottery win.

6. Draw Selection and Transparency

• The selection of winners will be conducted through a transparent draw process,
  which may be live-streamed for public viewing. The process will be overseen by
  an independent third party to ensure fairness.
• The draw date will be announced, and winners will be notified after the draw is
  completed.

7. Publicity and Use of Content

• By entering a Campaigns Draw, participants consent to the use of their name,
  image, and likeness for promotional purposes by JeetoDeals. The Company
  may use this content across various marketing platforms, including social
  media.
• Participants may withdraw their consent for publicity at any time, but this may
  affect their eligibility for future draws.

8. Refunds and Cancellations for Draw Entries

• Once a promotion entry has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or
  canceled. All purchases related to Campaigns Draws are final.

9. User Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact
  information to ensure they receive timely notifications regarding prizes.
• The Company will not be held responsible for any delays or missed
  notifications due to incorrect user information.

10. Disqualification

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in
  violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  Disqualified participants forfeit their right to any prize.

11. Extension or Cancellation of Draws

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to
  extend or cancel any draw. Participants will be notified of such changes via
  email or through the Platform.

Additional Clauses

1. Modification of Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any
  time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon
  being posted on the Platform.

2. Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
  remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

3. Force Majeure

• The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations
  under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but
  not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, or government regulations.

4. Entire Agreement

• These Terms, along with any policies or notices posted by the Company on the
  Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and JeetoDeals and
  supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
