Welcome to JeetoDeals. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, customer accounts, JeetoVouchers, JeetoWallet, JeetoShop and Promotional Campaigns.
Please read these Terms, the applicable campaign conditions and relevant policies before making a purchase or participating in a Promotional Campaign.
1.1. JeetoDeals is operated by JDE JEETODEALS ECOMM PRIVATE LIMITED (“JeetoDeals”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2. “Platform” means the JeetoDeals website and related services operated by the Company, including supported mobile applications where applicable.
1.3. These Terms apply to customers and users of the Platform. Additional conditions may apply to individual Promotional Campaigns, products and services.
1.4. Where a specific campaign or product has additional conditions, those conditions apply to that campaign or product, subject to applicable law.
2.1. The Platform is intended for persons residing in India who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. Users must provide accurate registration and transaction information.
2.3. Participation in individual Promotional Campaigns may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, including geographical restrictions, verification requirements and applicable legal restrictions.
2.4. JeetoDeals may restrict access to a campaign or service where required by applicable law, eligibility conditions or legitimate security concerns.
3.1. Certain Platform services require a registered account.
3.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for notifying JeetoDeals promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
3.3. JeetoDeals may request reasonable information to verify account ownership, prevent fraud or resolve transaction disputes.
3.4. Accounts may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security concerns or material breaches of these Terms.
3.5. Where appropriate and practicable, users will be informed of the reason for an account restriction and the available support process.
4.1. A JeetoVoucher represents value intended for eligible redemption on JeetoShop under the applicable conditions.
4.2. One JeetoVoucher equals ₹10 in eligible JeetoShop redemption value.
4.3. For example, 30 JeetoVouchers represent ₹300 in redemption value, while 65 JeetoVouchers represent ₹650.
4.4. Eligible JeetoVoucher purchases associated with Promotional Campaigns also provide additional promotional participation according to the applicable campaign rules.
4.5. Promotional participation and JeetoShop redemption are separate aspects of the customer experience. Receipt of a Promotional Reward is not required to redeem eligible credited voucher value.
4.6. JeetoVouchers are not cash, bank deposits or general-purpose payment instruments. They are intended for eligible redemption within the JeetoDeals ecosystem.
4.7. Voucher validity, redemption restrictions and other material conditions must be disclosed to customers before purchase and must comply with applicable law.
4.8. JeetoDeals will not retrospectively reduce already credited customer value or alter completed transaction rights except where permitted by law or necessary to correct a genuine error, with appropriate customer communication and remedies.
5.1. JeetoWallet is the Platform facility through which eligible credited JeetoVoucher value can be viewed and used for eligible JeetoShop redemption.
5.2. Voucher value becomes available for redemption when the relevant eligible order is completed and the corresponding credit has been successfully recorded in JeetoWallet.
5.3. Payment confirmation, order completion and wallet credit are distinct transaction stages.
5.4. Customers should review their credited balance before attempting redemption.
5.5. JeetoWallet voucher value is not intended for cash withdrawal or transfer to another user, except where required by applicable law or expressly supported by the Platform.
5.6. If an expected eligible credit is missing or incorrect, customers should contact support with the relevant order details.
5.7. JeetoDeals may investigate and correct demonstrable technical, accounting or fraudulent credit errors, subject to applicable customer rights.
6.1. JeetoShop offers products for eligible redemption using credited JeetoVoucher value under the applicable product and checkout conditions.
6.2. Product descriptions, available variants, stock status, required voucher value and delivery conditions are displayed through the Platform.
6.3. Product availability may change. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment where a genuine stock, payment, verification or technical issue prevents completion.
6.4. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, JeetoDeals will communicate the available remedy, which may include replacement, restoration of the relevant credited value or another remedy required by applicable law.
6.5. Delivery charges or other disclosed costs may apply. Customers should review the final order summary before confirming an order.
6.6. JeetoDeals will not impose undisclosed charges after an order has been accepted.
7.1. The applicable purchase amount, taxes and disclosed charges will be presented before payment confirmation.
7.2. Customers must use an authorised payment method and provide accurate billing information where required.
7.3. Payment options depend on the methods enabled at checkout.
7.4. If payment fails or an amount is debited without a corresponding successful order, customers should contact support with their transaction reference.
7.5. Payment disputes will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law, payment-provider procedures and the relevant transaction records.
7.6. Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s lawful right to raise a payment dispute or complaint.
8.1. Completed JeetoVoucher purchases associated with Promotional Campaigns are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind cancellation or refund.
8.2. JeetoShop does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds.
8.3. For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise eligible products, customers may request assistance by contacting JeetoDeals with their order details and supporting evidence.
8.4. Replacement is JeetoDeals’ standard remedy for eligible product issues, subject to verification, product conditions and applicable law.
8.5. Where a refund, replacement, restoration of value or another remedy is required under applicable consumer protection law, the relevant statutory rights will be respected.
8.6. The above restrictions do not remove remedies for unauthorised transactions, payment errors, non-delivery, failure to provide contracted goods or services, or other circumstances where applicable law requires relief.
8.7. Refunds or corrections, where applicable, will be processed through an appropriate method consistent with the original transaction, payment-provider rules and legal requirements.
8.8. Additional product-specific replacement conditions may apply where lawfully disclosed before purchase.
9.1. Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines may vary by product and serviceable location.
9.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
9.3. Estimated delivery periods are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as a binding commitment.
9.4. JeetoDeals will provide appropriate assistance for verified delivery failures, damaged shipments and incorrect fulfilment.
9.5. The applicable Shipping Policy and product conditions provide further information, subject to statutory consumer rights.
10.1. Customers may contact support@jeetodeals.com for assistance with accounts, orders, vouchers, Promotional Campaigns, product issues and complaints.
10.2. Customers should provide relevant order numbers, transaction references or Participation IDs to help identify their concerns.
10.3. JeetoDeals will review complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements and its published customer-service processes.
10.4. Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from approaching an appropriate consumer authority or other competent forum where legally permitted.
11.1. JeetoDeals processes personal information for purposes described in its Privacy Policy, including account administration, transactions, customer support, security and other disclosed purposes.
11.2. Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary for legitimate Platform operations and as permitted by applicable law.
11.3. Promotional publicity, marketing communications and other optional uses of personal information will be handled according to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
11.4. Users should review the published Privacy Policy for details of data practices and available rights.
11.5. These Terms do not replace any privacy notice or consent required under applicable law.
12.1. The JeetoDeals name, branding, website content, software and other protected materials are owned by the Company or used under appropriate permissions.
12.2. Users may not commercially reproduce, distribute or misuse protected Platform content without appropriate authorisation.
12.3. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
13.1. Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, account misuse, unauthorised access, manipulation of participation records or other unlawful conduct.
13.2. JeetoDeals may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or cancelling invalid participation where supported by evidence and applicable conditions.
13.3. Legitimate customer complaints, refund requests or exercise of statutory rights will not, by themselves, constitute prohibited conduct.
14.1. JeetoDeals aims to maintain accurate information and reliable Platform services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
14.2. Genuine pricing, display or technical errors may be corrected. Where an error materially affects an accepted transaction, the Company will provide the information and remedies required by applicable law.
14.3. Planned maintenance, technical interruptions and events outside reasonable control may affect access to certain services.
15.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JeetoDeals is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or statutory consumer obligations.
15.3. Customers retain all non-waivable rights and remedies available under applicable law.
16.1. JeetoDeals may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory or service changes.
16.2. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with an effective date.
16.3. Material changes affecting existing customer rights or completed transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice or consent.
16.4. Changes will not automatically apply retrospectively to remove rights already accrued under completed transactions.
17.1. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
17.2. Customers are encouraged to contact JeetoDeals support first so that concerns can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
17.3. Subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable jurisdictional requirements, disputes may be brought before the courts or competent forums having jurisdiction under Indian law.
17.4. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a statutory consumer dispute redressal forum.
18.1. JeetoDeals may offer Promotional Campaigns associated with eligible JeetoVoucher purchases.
18.2. Each Promotional Campaign will be governed by its published campaign details and any applicable campaign-specific conditions.
18.3. Material campaign information may include eligibility requirements, voucher quantity, participation conditions, Promotional Rewards, available participation limits, Selection Date and reward fulfilment requirements.
18.4. Promotional participation does not guarantee selection or receipt of a Promotional Reward.
18.5. JeetoVoucher redemption value is distinct from the promotional selection outcome.
18.6. A campaign may be offered only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law. JeetoDeals may restrict, suspend or discontinue participation where legally required.
19.1. Eligible transactions may generate participation records associated with the relevant Promotional Campaign.
19.2. Participation IDs and related QR references are used within the Platform’s participation process.
19.3. A Participation ID or QR is evidence of the relevant participation record, not confirmation of selection for a Promotional Reward.
19.4. Eligibility and the number of valid participation records are governed by the relevant campaign conditions and verified transaction records.
19.5. Duplicate, invalid, reversed or fraudulent transactions may be reviewed and corrected in accordance with applicable law and disclosed campaign conditions.
20.1. Each Promotional Campaign will disclose its applicable selection schedule and relevant conditions.
20.2. Where a campaign permits an earlier selection or schedule adjustment, the applicable trigger and conditions must be disclosed in the campaign details.
20.3. JeetoDeals will communicate material schedule changes through appropriate Platform notices or available contact channels.
20.4. Selection procedures, viewing arrangements and published results will follow the relevant campaign rules and actual operating arrangements.
20.5. JeetoDeals will not represent that independent supervision, third-party certification or a particular live broadcast occurred unless that arrangement was actually implemented.
20.6. Customers may contact support if their participation record or the published result requires clarification.
21.1. Promotional Rewards, their descriptions, quantities and relevant conditions will be specified for each campaign.
21.2. A Selected Participant may be required to complete reasonable identity, age, eligibility and fulfilment verification.
21.3. JeetoDeals may request documents reasonably necessary for verification, lawful tax compliance, invoicing and delivery.
21.4. Any applicable claim deadline, delivery condition, additional charge or required contribution must be clearly disclosed in the relevant campaign rules or communicated where lawfully permitted.
21.5. Promotional Rewards are subject to the applicable published conditions and legal requirements.
21.6. If an advertised Promotional Reward becomes unavailable, JeetoDeals will address the situation consistently with the published campaign conditions and applicable consumer protection requirements.
21.7. Promotional Rewards are not automatically exchangeable for cash unless expressly provided and legally permitted.
22.1. Promotional Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, withholding obligations, invoicing requirements and other statutory charges.
22.2. The applicable tax treatment depends on the actual transaction, reward structure and relevant law.
22.3. Where the law requires JeetoDeals to deduct, collect, report or verify payment of tax, the Company will comply with those requirements.
22.4. Any applicable recipient documentation or tax-related requirements will be communicated before reward fulfilment where required.
22.5. The issuance of an invoice at a nominal amount does not, by itself, determine the tax classification of a Promotional Reward.
22.6. No blanket representation is made that every Promotional Reward is exempt from TDS or other taxes.
23.1. JeetoDeals may make reasonable campaign changes where necessary because of legal requirements, fraud prevention, genuine technical failures, fulfilment issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
23.2. Material changes affecting participants will be communicated through appropriate channels.
23.3. Campaign changes must not unfairly deprive eligible customers of rights arising from completed transactions.
23.4. Where a campaign is cancelled or cannot be completed, JeetoDeals will address affected participation and related customer rights in accordance with applicable law and the disclosed campaign conditions.
23.5. JeetoDeals will not retrospectively change the selection criteria to favour or disadvantage particular participants.
24.1. Participation may be invalidated where reliable evidence establishes fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited manipulation, material ineligibility or another material breach of the applicable campaign conditions.
24.2. Disqualification decisions must be reasonably connected to the identified breach and applied consistently.
24.3. Where practicable and legally appropriate, affected participants may contact support to seek clarification or correction of an error.
24.4. Disqualification from promotional participation does not automatically extinguish lawful rights relating to separately credited JeetoVoucher value.
25.1. JeetoDeals may publish campaign information and Selection Results in accordance with applicable law and the relevant campaign conditions.
25.2. The use of a participant’s photograph, video, testimonial or likeness in promotional advertising will be subject to appropriate notice, permissions and applicable consent requirements.
25.3. Refusal or withdrawal of optional promotional publicity consent will not automatically invalidate an otherwise eligible transaction or participation, unless a particular requirement is lawful, necessary and clearly disclosed.
25.4. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
26.1. Third-party product names and trademarks are used to identify relevant products or Promotional Rewards.
26.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a third-party product does not mean that its manufacturer sponsors, endorses or administers the relevant Promotional Campaign.
26.3. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in administering, JeetoDeals Promotional Campaigns unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by Apple.
26.4. Product specifications and applicable manufacturer warranty conditions are subject to the relevant product information.
27.1. JeetoDeals is developing separate Free Brand Engagement Campaigns through which consumers may interact with participating brands.
27.2. Planned activities may include brand-video engagement, product discovery and other defined promotional activities.
27.3. These campaigns are intended to be genuinely free to participate in and separate from voucher-linked Promotional Campaigns.
27.4. A JeetoVoucher purchase will not be required for participation in a campaign expressly described as free.
27.5. No planned campaign is available for participation until it has been officially launched with its applicable rules.
27.6. Additional terms will be published for individual campaigns when appropriate.
28.1. JeetoDeals may develop brand promotion, consumer engagement and campaign measurement services.
28.2. References to these planned services do not constitute a representation that they are currently available.
28.3. Any collection, use or sharing of customer information for future brand services will be subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
JeetoDeals will not be responsible for delays caused solely by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company will take reasonable steps to communicate material disruptions and address affected customer obligations and rights.
These Terms should be read together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Replacement Policy and campaign-specific conditions.
If a published policy conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable legal requirement prevails.
A conflicting or unclear policy does not remove a customer’s statutory rights.
